Peter Graves 1926 – 2010
Peter Graves has passed away from a heart attack at age 83.
He was the brother of actor James Arness, the star of Gunsmoke, and starred as Jim Phelps in the TV series Mission: Impossible, one of my favorite shows from the 60′s.
The Internet Movie Database lists a huge filmography for Graves; he’s acted in more than 70 films, TV shows and made-for-TV movies.
One of my favorite funny films he starred in was Airplane! “We have clearance, Clarence.” “What’s our vector, Victor?”
