A New Look

What a weekend! First he takes me to the vet and I get poked, prodded and not one, not two, but three booster shots. The next day I’m at the PetsMart groomers and they shave all my fur. Ah, it sure felt good to get rid of all that matted hair.

But they gave me the “top dog” treatment, shampoo, nails trimmed, and even brushed my teeth! I sure felt like a celebrity with all that attention on me. When he picked me up, I got a new collar, a new tag and this nifty new jacket, so I don’t get cold at night. Woof!!

Oh! What a day I had. He took me for a ride in the car, which I love to do. But instead of going to the park, we went to the vet. I got my regular checkup and shots, so I’m good for the year now.

I got to see (and smell) some other dogs (and a very large cat.) But we never get enough time to play. I thought we would never get out of there!

Last night they both gave me a bath, so now I smell nice (for the ladies!) Now I’m back at home with my new chewies and ready to play!

Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show

Here I am at the keyboard, paws ready to dog blog my next post.

Man, I had a ruff day. My humans left me alone for hours, with just this damn cat to taunt me as she strolls by my cage.

I can’t wait for them to get back, so I can relax in front of the TV and watch the rest of the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.
